How do the live sessions work?
You pick a morning when you book — any morning from the next three weeks. Your reading is performed live on the morning stream at 08:30 Berlin, and your local time is shown at booking. It is one-to-one: the practitioner performs your Fire-Egg ritual on camera — 20 minutes, one question, you watching live. You can ask and hear the reading as it unfolds. Afterwards you receive the recording and a short written summary.
Is my live session private?
Yes. Private sessions are one-to-one and never shown to anyone else — only you receive the recording. Our public TikTok sessions are a separate thing, free to watch, and you choose whether to join. We never take a private question into a public broadcast. If your question touches on something you would rather not say aloud, book a private session or choose the written reading.
Live session or written reading — what is the difference?
Same ceremony, same practitioner, same price — $25 either way. The only difference is how you receive it. The live reading happens in real time over 20 minutes, and you hear it as it unfolds. The written reading arrives by email within 24 hours, so you can read it at your own pace and keep it. Choose by how you like to receive things, not by price.
What kind of question should I ask?
A single, clearly worded question — usually about relationships, career, family, or a turning point. One question per reading keeps the ceremony precise. If you are unsure how to phrase it, write it as plainly as you can; the practitioner reads it before the ritual begins.
Do I need to believe in this for it to work?
No. The ritual is performed regardless of belief. Many clients come with curiosity rather than faith, and find the value in the pause it creates — a moment of honest reflection rather than a forecast.
What is your refund policy?
Live sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place, but you may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand. Written readings are non-refundable once the ritual has been performed. Physical pieces — silver and textiles — can be returned within 30 days if unworn.
Will I receive anything physical?
Only when you order a silver or textile piece. A written reading arrives entirely by email — the full reading plus original photographs taken during your ritual. A live session gives you a private video recording and a short written summary, sent digitally. Nothing is shipped for ritual services.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay. All shipments are insured.
