This policy applies to personalised Fire-Egg Readings purchased from noxa-ia.com.
About your order
When you place your order the practitioner begins preparing your reading right away. Each egg is passed over you by name, the ceremony follows the details you provide, and the reading is shaped by your question. This kind of work cannot be undone once it begins.
That is why your order is final. By placing your order you actively consent to the service beginning immediately. No refunds will be issued once an order is placed.
What you can change
Any time before the ceremony begins, you can update or reschedule your reading at no cost:
- Your details — name, date of birth, place of birth, gender, marital status, children situation, or your question.
- The format — switch between a written reading and a live reading on the morning stream.
- The date — move your live session to any other morning within the next 21 days.
To make any of these changes, reply to your order confirmation email or write to lby2366716955@gmail.com with your order number. Please allow at least 24 hours before your scheduled session so the change can take effect.
One reading per order
Each order includes one reading. Once the egg has been cracked, the service is complete. If you would like another question read, please place a new order.
If something went wrong
If your card or PayPal account was charged twice for a single order, write to lby2366716955@gmail.com with your order number and we will correct the duplicate charge in full.
Consumer rights
This policy reflects your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). By placing your order you confirm you waive that right, because the service has begun. Nothing here limits any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
