EONVA Fire-Egg Reading is a small studio working in Qiandongnan, Guizhou, China. This page explains what personal information we collect when you order a reading from noxa-ia.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
EONVA Fire-Egg Reading (“we”, “us”) operates noxa-ia.com. We perform personalised fire-egg readings and, separately, ship hand-made silver and textile pieces, each blessed by our practitioner. For anything in this policy you can reach us at lby2366716955@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
To prepare a Personal Fire-Egg Reading we ask you for seven things:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Marital status
- Children
- Place of birth
- The question you want the reading to address
We call the first six items your ritual record. They are collected solely so the practitioner can prepare and interpret your reading. They are not used for advertising or profiling, and no automated decision is made about you from them.
Information collected at checkout
- Your email address and the billing details you enter
- Your order history, and a payment confirmation returned by our payment provider
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit
We never see or store your full card number. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider.
Why we ask for a date and place of birth
A fire-egg reading is read from the way the shell cracks in the fire. The practitioner combines the crack pattern with your birth details and your question to build the interpretation. Without those details the reading would be generic rather than personal, which would defeat the purpose of the service.
How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete your ritual record at any time. You do not have to wait for the 24 months to pass.
Who can see it
Your ritual record is seen only by the practitioner who performs your reading. Beyond that we share data only with the services that make the shop work:
- Hostinger — website hosting and email
- PayPal — payment processing
- WordPress / WooCommerce — order management
- Poptin LTD — the live chat widget described below
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Our live chat
The shop carries a live chat widget supplied by Chatway, a service operated by Poptin LTD (Israel), which acts as our data processor. The widget is present on every page of the shop so that you can reach us without leaving it.
What the widget records
- If you open a chat: the messages you write, the name you give, and any email address you leave with us
- Technical data used to route the conversation: your IP address, the approximate location derived from it, your browser and device type, and the page you were looking at when you opened the chat
- The conversation itself, so that we can answer you and continue on the same thread if you write again
When nobody is online
Outside our published chat hours the widget asks you to leave your question and an email address. We use those details for one purpose only: to reply to you. They are not added to any mailing list.
Where it is held
Chat data is stored on Poptin’s servers, which are located in several countries, and is kept only for as long as we need it to answer you. We do not use chat transcripts for advertising or profiling.
Your choice
The widget never opens by itself and never starts a conversation until you click it. If you would rather not use it at all, write to us at lby2366716955@gmail.com instead — email reaches the same person.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you
- correct anything that is inaccurate
- delete your ritual record and, where the law allows, other data
- send you a copy in a portable format
- withdraw consent you have previously given
Write to lby2366716955@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
The shop uses the cookies needed to keep your cart and checkout working, plus the storage the live chat widget needs to keep a conversation alive while you move between pages. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
